For years I ran a family restaurant business. Long hours, tight margins, no real freedom. I knew there had to be a better way – and property kept coming up. So I made the decision to learn it properly. That was nearly 20 years ago.
Since then I’ve worked through almost every strategy – HMOs, BRR, serviced accommodation, rent to rent, deal sourcing, commercial conversions and more. I’ve had wins. I’ve had real failures. The failures taught me more than the wins ever did.
